On a cold February night in Norwich, Epic Studios was transformed into a furnace of riffs, sweat and pure rock ‘n’ roll energy as Fozzy rolled into town on 10th February 2026. This show was part of their much-anticipated UK tour and the evening delivered exactly what fans have come to expect from the band: a high-octane, energy-driven performance packed with anthems, charisma and loud beats.

Fozzy’s journey to this point is as unconventional as it is impressive. Originally formed in Atlanta in the late 1990s as a tongue-in-cheek cover band called “Fozzy Osbourne,” the group gradually evolved into a fully-fledged original act.

Over the years, they have built a loyal global following, thanks in no small part to their electrifying live shows and a catalogue of hard rock hits. Fronted by wrestling superstar turned rock vocalist Chris Jericho, backed up by Rich Ward (of “Stuck Mojo” fame), Billy Grey and PJ Farley on guitars, and Grant Brooks on drums, the band has consistently blurred the line between entertainment and hard rock, without ever compromising on either.

From the moment the lights dimmed in Epic Studios, there was a sense that this would be a special night. The Norwich crowd, packed tightly into the venue, responded instantly as the band burst onto the stage to the intro to “Fall In Line. Jericho, ever the showman, commanded attention from the outset—strutting, pointing, and engaging the audience with the kind of confidence only a seasoned performer can bring. His voice carried power and clarity, effortlessly shifting between melodic hooks and gritty intensity, while his rapport with the crowd elevated the entire performance.

Backing him up was a band firing on all cylinders. Guitarists Rich Ward, PJ Farley and Billy Grey were nothing short of phenomenal. Their interplay throughout the set was tight, aggressive and endlessly entertaining. Rich’s lead guitar work particular stood out, delivering searing solos packed with technical flair—tapping runs, dive bombs and melodic sounds that drew cheers from every corner of the room. Billy’s rhythm playing and PJ’s bass provided the backbone, deep, loud and precise, locking in perfectly with the rest of the band. Together, they created a wall of sound that was both heavy and irresistibly catchy.

Behind them, drummer Grant Brooks was a powerhouse. His performance was relentless yet controlled, driving each song forward with thunderous precision. Whether it was the pounding grooves of the heavier tracks or the more familiar, singalong moments, Grant ensured the momentum never dipped. His ability to balance power with finesse gave the set a dynamic edge that kept the audience fully engaged from start to finish. He was a pleasure to watch perform.

The setlist itself was a celebration of Fozzy’s career, blending newer material with fan favourites. Tracks like “Lights Go Out” and “Nowhere to Run” showcased the band’s modern edge, while classics such as “Enemy” and “Do You Wanna Start a War” had the crowd chanting along at full volume. “Painless” and “Spotlight” were particular highlights, their infectious choruses turning the venue into a sea of raised fists and voices.

The surprise of the night was seeing Fozzy perfect ABBA’s hit song “SOS”, which had the crowd singing along and waving their hands and phone torches in the air.

Of course, no Fozzy show would be complete without “Judas.” As the opening notes rang out, the reaction was immediate and deafening. The entire room seemed to sing every word back to Jericho, creating one of those spine-tingling live music moments that linger long after the final chord. Even their cover of Crazy Train added a nostalgic, crowd-pleasing twist, bridging classic metal roots with Fozzy’s modern sound, ending the night on a high.

What truly set the night apart, however, was the atmosphere. There was a genuine connection between band and audience—an unspoken understanding that this was more than just a gig. It was a shared celebration of rock music at its loudest and most joyful.
By the time the final notes rang out, Epic Studios had witnessed something special. Fozzy didn’t just play Norwich—they owned it.

With world-class performances from every member, led by the ever-charismatic Chris Jericho, this was a night that will be talked about by fans for a long time to come.
